Message from the President
This has been an exceptional long rainy and cold journey for me from November to today, the 15th day of February. I look forward to the sun peeking out from the grey sky and I acknowledge the rhythm of nature and the need for the plants to have a rest to come alive again in the Spring.
I take too much for granted and long for immediate gratification to have just the right flower at a given time. When my favorite plants wither and disappear, I am anxious and I tell myself that I hope it will be not too long. I have to learn and follow the cycle of life and accept how nothing disappears forever and to be content with nature’s needs.
I look forward to being in the garden. Wishing for you all an early arrival of Spring. My rake is ready!
