The  Annual Rose Festival Ikebana Exhibition at the Japanese Garden Pavilion by the Sogetsu School has become a tradition as a sanctioned Rose Festival event.  The exhibition theme was COLOR!   (Follow the link to the Sogetsu website for photos)
