The Chapter’s holiday gathering at the MAC on December 6, 2015 may well be remembered for the major road detours and traffic problems caused by Portland’s record-breaking rainfall, delaying even those who allowed “plenty of extra time” to arrive.

The meeting was called to order by the ‘next in line of succession,’ Kathryn Cochran, Director of Membership. Following a few announcements, 28 members and 7 guests turned their attention to making miniature arrangements for the holidays. A lunch of “Holiday Pot Roast” and a tasty vegetarian option was served and enjoyed by all.

The rain abated, cutting short the usual socializing.  Festooned with their mini-arrangements, members safely made their way home.
